Our club RIB, IPSAC Diver, is a 5.4m Ribcraft with a 90Hp Mariner engine equipped to carry 6 divers. The boat is fully equipped with a full complement of safety equipment including flares, VHF radio, oxygen administration and first aid kit as well as an echo sounder and GPS.
The boat is maintained throughout the year by club members under the supervision of our Boat Officer.
We’re also fortunate to have access to other RIBs owned by club members, one being a Pacific 22 with inboard diesel capable of carrying 6 divers and another smaller RIB capable of carrying 4, allowing us to have 2 or 3 RIBs as surface cover for most of our dives, with up to 16 people diving.
