Kimmeridge Bay Evenings

Kimmeridge Bay Evenings

Try Dives in Kimmeridge Bay

This year we are giving you the opportunity to have a go at diving in the sea rather than the swimming pool. Although the whole diving experience is an exciting one, its even better when you can see the underwater world for real rather than just the tiled bottom of the pool !

All you need is a wetsuit – we will supply all the other equipment needed to get you in the water, as well as a qualified instructor to guide you. Kimmeridge Bay is a very sheltered site, with shallow water, so is ideal for a first diving experience in the sea. It is also a Marine Reserve, so is packed with life; colourful seaweeds, huge areas of anemones, lots of fish. If you’re lucky you may even spot a cuttlefish !

You might also like to bring along a barbeque to finish off the evening while the sun goes down.

This being the UK, it goes without saying that this is all weather dependant – conditions must be suitable for either diving or barbequing !

Every Monday evening through the summer (weather dependant), cost is £15 per person.
If you are interested in taking part or if you have any questions, phone our Chairman Chris Dunkerley on 01929 426928 after 6pm.

‘Come and Meet the Club’ Evenings

If you are considering learning to dive and would like to find out more before taking that first step in the water, please feel free to come along and meet us; we have some very enthusiastic members who will be more than happy to chat about diving and answer any questions you may have.

Perhaps you are already a diver, looking for a local club to join? We are always looking for new members and again would be more than happy to talk about the kind of diving we do if you are considering joining us and would like to find out more.

Just come along to Kimmeridge Bay any Monday evening (weather dependant) and you’ll find us sat amongst dive gear and barbeques !
